Returns
We want you to love your Bervia jewellery. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
- Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty
How to Return
Contact us at hello@berviajewellery.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions. Faulty or incorrect items receive a prepaid returns label at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Allow a further 3–5 business days for your bank to process the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
