All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Standard orders include basic tracking; Express orders include full real-time tracking via Royal Mail.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@berviajewellery.com and we'll investigate immediately. We replace confirmed lost orders at no additional cost.
